Recruiter / phone screen: Initial contact from the recruiting team after applying; candidates selected to interview typically hear back 'within a couple of weeks.' Light background, motivation, and level-fit conversation.
Technical assessment (HackerRank): Per How We Hire, technical roles 'may be asked to complete a coding exercise, which is usually done using HackerRank on a whiteboard or laptop that we provide.' Closed-book; unapproved tools like ChatGPT cause disqualification.
Onsite in-person loop: Required before an offer: 'you will complete an onsite, in-person interview at our office before you can be considered for an offer.' A panel of back-to-back rounds, 'usually 30-60 minutes each,' mixing coding, domain/systems deep-dives, and hiring-manager/team-fit conversations.
