Application + resume screen: Standard ATS submission and resume review. Not simulated.
Online assessment / job simulation (campus & some pipelines): Game-style or scenario-based assessment; common for campus/UK early-careers. Not confirmed on an official US page and not a spoken round, so not simulated.
First-round behavioral / competency interview (spoken): Phone or live video with a recruiter or manager, 30-45 min. Structured 'tell me about a time' questions plus motivation/fit. Simulated.
Final round / interview day (behavioral portion, spoken): One to two back-to-back interviews with senior managers/partners. For consulting this day also holds the case (excluded); the behavioral/fit half is simulated.
Decision, offer, and onboard: Written offer typically within one week of the final interview. Not simulated.
